31 DAY CHALLENGE BEGINNING OCTOBER 16th!!!!

 

Ok, this is gonna be simple. (Well, at least in explaining it lol!)  If you accept the challenge, you agree to exercise two times a day, 30 min each session, every day, for 31 days. Or you can work out 1 time a day for 1 hour. Yes this means weekends too. If you accept this challenge, you agree to to be accountable for yourself.  You can email me your daily progress if you want to ( tracy@tracyslapband.com )or you can email me weekly. Or you don't have to email me at all, and just accept the challenge and do it for yourself. In doing this challenge, I feel it will kick start my attitude towards a healthy body. Maybe it will do the same for you. So come on everyone! Let's do this before the holidays!! The challenge ends on November 16th.
