Dear Friends,

I just thought I would let you all know that I went to Dallas today for a check-up at the weight Dr. I was a little concerned about going as since I have been sick with the infection and all I have felt very puffy and was afraid I might not have lost any weight or maybe even gained. Well to my great surprise the exact opposite was true. I have lost another 36 lbs since 3-17-06. I was very pleasantly surprised. That put me at a total of 322 lbs lost since 9-29-03. I am about 40 lbs away from being able to get all the excess skin and fat removed and I am hoping I can lose that before my 3 year anniversary date. I really appreciate everyone love and support along the way so much. Well its been along day and I am kind of tired so I will say by for now.
